Nate is an expert in architectural innovation and talent development as the current director of L&D at Suffolk Construction. He has a diverse background as an architect, educator, and innovative leader in the fields of design and learning, which gives him a unique set of skills and knowledge.

 

Nate transitioned from architect to educator with a passion for enhancing growth and excellence. In higher education, he has created and delivered programs that prepare future professionals with cutting edge methods and practices. Committed to developing new ways of learning, Nate believes, can create positive change in th working world. Nate is known for his teamwork and leadership skills and believes that strategic talent management is essential for organizational progress. He is driven by the idea that nurturing talent not only benefits individuals, but also helps organizations achieve their goals. As a speaker, Nate shares his experiences and insights on the potential of strategic talent development initiatives.

Nate is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, and the past program chair of construction management at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire.

He is a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the state of New Hampshire, a NCARB certificate holder, and member of the American Institute of Architects, and the Association of Talent Develement.
